High Torque Starter Motor, MG TC
MG TC with 93 tooth ring gear. Strong, powerful, offset gear-reduced starter motor supplied with multi drill bracket, delivering huge cranking torque through a set of steel internal gears. Lightweight, compact and durable this unit starts the engine faster with immense power, whilst drawing less current from the battery. Positive or Negative Ground.This modern starter has a solenoid built in. The starter will need a different switch than the original TC starter, obviously. You can in use the starter switch from a TD or TF and use the pull starter cable. Alternatively, you can replace the starter cable with a push button and trigger the solenoid that way, eliminating the pull cable. (See part 35-075C). Complete wiring instructions are included with the starter.
