Shipping Policy

We accept orders, and ship worldwide. If we receive your order by 3:30PM EST we typically ship the same day.

Shipping Methods

We ship most items via the United States Postal Service (USPS). For larger items we use freight companies. If you would prefer us to ship to you via another carrier such as UPS or FedEx, give us a call at 860-322-3103

Tracking Info

You can find tracking info on your account page and we also send you an email on the day that your item is shipped.

In-store pickup

We can ship any item we stock, although with large items, it can be more cost effective to consider picking it up at our warehouse.

Select local pickup when you checkout. You can pick up your item during our normal hours, Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM and Saturday 9:00AM to 1:00PM, or other hours by appointment only. You can call us 860-322-3103 to set up a time.
