July Cars & Coffee Draws a Crowd!

On a hot and muggy July morning some 50 plus cars and their drivers gathered at Abingdon Spares in Deep River, CT for another enjoyable Cars & Coffee. The hot weather did not deter anyone from coming down and enjoying the morning. As usual, the simple informal format brings out not only British sports cars, but various models of all kinds of interesting cars. Conversation more than competition is the order of the day, with car owners eagerly discussing and explaining their cars, car histories, restoration stories and future plans. It really is the people, not the cars, that makes this such an enjoyable event. 

The cars included of course lots of LBCs, MGs, Healeys, Triumphs, Minis, Jaguars, and more. Also spotted were examples of Fords from a Model T to a 90's Festiva, Citroen, Lotus, Lamborghini, Porsche, Toyota, and even a right hand drive Mazda! Talk about an eclectic get together!
