British by the Sea 2022!

Abingdon Spares was at this year's British By The Sea British Car gathering this past weekend. This gathering is put on every year by the Connecticut MG Club, this being the 34th year. As both a sponsor and a vendor, we saw many great British Cars and many of our great customers! The Jaguar XKE was the featured marque this year and there was quite a turnout of those beautiful cars. The weather was the best we have seen in a few years for this show, which brought out over 350 cars! Of course MGs dominated the totals, but there were significant numbers of all the popular British Marques, Austin Healey, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lotus, Rolls Royce, Triumphs as well as assorted minor marques. This is truely a great event at a great seaside location, if you have not attended this you should put it on your list for next year!
