This is a modern replacement for the original 'mechanical' instrument voltage stabilizer. This stabilizes  battery voltage fluctuations for the Smiths Instruments. The two terminals on the I side are female spade terminals. The two terminals on the B side are male spade terminals. 

Specific for Negative Ground cars.
